Kristie Carter Elmore , is a mentor, motivator and mother of two. She holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Tuskegee University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her career includes 17 years with Procter & Gamble (Engineering & Customer Business Logistics Development); Currently she has embarked on her passion of mentoring and helping young people succeed as a Business and Marketing Education High School instructor. She encourages others to “seek that thing that you are most passionate about whether in a paid or voluntary environment”.
