Shaun I. Lain, is the Owner / President of College Campus Tours, LLC, an educational consulting firm that provides decision making tools for adolescents. He is an educator, leader, speaker, mentor, and entrepreneur.. His expertise has been in motivating, encouraging, and directing adolescents to become better decision makers and avoiding social landmines. He earned a Physics degree from Morehouse College and a Master degree in Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans.
Through the College Campus Tours program Lain has mentored over 64,000 students as they transition from high school to college.
Prior to College Campus Tours, Lain served as a counselor, high school teacher, and football coach. He earned several awards reflecting his character as a detail-oriented self-starter who sets realistic priorities and completes multiple complex projects. Lain is an effective adolescent communicator with the ability to motivate students towards setting lifelong goals.
Several organizations have utilized his program, namely: The College Fund, Upward Bound, Educational Talent Search, Gear-Up, Churches, Civic Organizations and hundreds of middle and high schools.
Joseph L. Ector, a graduate of Saint Augustine’s College earning a BS degree in Physical Education. He specializes in leadership training. He was the Program Manager for the National Scholarship Service where he implemented Early College Awareness Programs. In addition, he has coordinated and implemented College Out Reach Programs and College Prep workshops for high school students in every major city in America. Mr. Ector was the Assistant Director of Admissions for the University of Central Florida and Saint Augustine’s College. He is a scholarship and college admissions specialist.
Orlando Hunter, a graduate of Southern University in New Orleans. He earned a BA degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He is a conference speaker and teacher, who specialize in adolescents life skills training. His seminars have inspired youth throughout America. As a youth director for Young Life, he has developed unique team building exercisers that have empowered teenagers to become great decision makers.
Granger “Jay” Hopson, Jay Hopson has spent 25 years as an executive sales professional. During that journey, he’s led both fortune 500 and start-up companies to record breaking revenue. He’s known for his ability to connect with high profile clients and lead teams to solution oriented success. Jay is a proud Morehouse College alumnus. In his spare time, he catches as many of his sons’ NCAA college football games as possible.
Donnie Perry, is an experienced legal professional with over thirty (30) years in business. He has held several leadership positions in professional, fraternal, and civic organizations. He is very passionate about scholarship and believes education is one of the greatest equalizers in society. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice; a M.S. in Public Administration; and a J.D. in Law.
Derrick Edwards, a Howard University graduate, that is a effective communicator and facilitator. A teacher at heart that inspires students to become great.
Charles Dayquon, a Wilmington Delaware native that motivates and inspires others to maximize their full potential. A graduate from Lincoln University of PA where he studied strategic communication with a minor in art. An entrepreneur, that specializes in marketing, branding and clothing designs.
